The main components of the sliding contact line and their working principlesThe power supply safety sliding contact wire device is composed of two main components, the guide, and some auxiliary components, as shown in the figure.

The sliding contact wire guide is a set of brush shell frame running in the conduit, which is driven by the drawing fork (or traction link, etc.) placed on the electric mechanism (truck, car, electric hoist, etc.) to run synchronously with the electric mechanism, and transmit the electric energy of the brush to the motor or other control elements through the guide rail. The number of poles of the guide brush is 3-16 corresponding to the number of guide rails in the guide tube.
