Expansion Crane Section

Product Introduction:

The expansion section is designed according to the fact that the sliding contact line operates in different temperature environments, causing power failure when the sliding contact line is linearly deformed and contracted during thermal expansion and contraction. It consists of two movable segments connected directly to the main body of the trolley line.

The expansion system consists of a primary sliding member inserted into a 6-meter-long sliding wire. The overlapping copper strips serve as the contact faces for the sliding wires and ensure continuity of electrical conduction.

The copper rod slides in the sliding sleeve to provide mechanical guiding and reliable electrical contact.

The large gap is 200mm. Each expansion system is protected by a conductor sheath and an interface jacket.
